Welcome to EmojiKitty. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://emojikitty.com and the tools available on it (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What EmojiKitty is

EmojiKitty is a free tool that lets you find, copy, and paste emojis and Unicode text symbols. Everything runs in your browser — there are no user accounts and nothing to install.

2. Acceptable use

Please use the Service lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to: disrupt or overload the Service; scrape or copy it in an automated, abusive way; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with how it works; or use it to break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights.

3. Emojis and symbols

The emojis and characters offered here are part of the public Unicode Standard and are free for anyone to use. EmojiKitty does not claim ownership of them. Note that the exact appearance of an emoji is rendered by your own device and operating system, not by EmojiKitty, so the same emoji may look different from one device to another.

4. Our content and brand

The EmojiKitty name, logo, site design, and original written content are owned by EmojiKitty and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission. You are, of course, welcome to copy and paste the emojis and symbols themselves — that’s what the Service is for.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmojiKitty and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
